Cruelty of the Taliban
The Taliban of Afghanistan killed yet another Indian. Soorya Narayana Rao who was on a profesional assingment in Afganistan was being brutally murdered by the taliban. An Engineer by profession, Rao was working for a private company in that country. He is survived by his wife and three children.
The Govt.of India declared a compensation of Rs.Five lakhs and job for one of the family members.
This is the second killing in recent time. Earlier Maniappan Kutti was murdered by the Taliban. Kutti was working as driver in a road project. Kutti is survived by his wife and two children. The Govt.of India announced the same amount of help to the family of Kutti too.
The Taliban has developed a kind of animosity towards the Indians and anything Indian makes them mad.
They close their eyes to the fact that India is in afghanistan just to help them to build hospitals, shcools, roads etc. and not with any kind of military motive like the westerners do. May be due to the influence of the Pakistan based hardliners, the Taliban is in a killing spree. They should realise the fact that the brothers and sisters and the young children of this very Taliban are being treated and taught in hospitals and schools built with the help of India. India wants a prosperous Afghanistan advanced in all areas of life. The outdated taliban theory of islamisation is a dogma and the civilised world can never be comfortable with it. Taliban may kill more Indians, but we Indians swire that we will continue our good work in Afghanistan. No force on this earth could prevent us from doing so. And we are sure, at the end, the real Afghani people and its real friends like India will be the winners and forces like taliban will disappear eventually with out leaving any trace.

World Peace
I find every reason to believe that a war between the 'International Community' and Iran is imminent. The President of Iran, who always speak like a person of street origin, lack the quality or statesmanship of a leader. The present generation of this world has seen enough bloodshed. Whether the Taliban or Al-Quieda or any other terrorist organization for that matter has shown enough cruelty to the world, that it has come to such a point no one, even in dreams would like to have any more.
Iran is a country which has signed the Non-Proliferation Treaty has to adhere to the clausses of the treaty to the fullest. But their overt efforts to acquire nuclear proficiency is a blatant violation of the treaty. If Iran fails to adhere to the treaty, the International community has every right to go against it. Sanctions, economic or any other is the first preference , if things don't change then harder measures could be adopted like arial strike etc.
